Location of the Week - Eucalyptus Lane

Looking for the perfect Garden setting for your wedding? Looking for a gorgeous place that doesn't blow your budget? Check out Eucalyptus Lane in Ventura. They have a beautiful Garden and nestled in the middle you will find a rustic Barn that seats about 125 people. Unfortunately that is also their minimum for a weekend wedding: 125. So for me this wasn't an option at the time. But if you DO have 125 guests or more this place is nice.
They also have an informative event a few times a year where they get all their vendors in and set the place up the way it could be set up for a wedding. I went to one of those and it was great! Their Caterer Command Performance sets up a sample buffet and you can go around and try all their food. This whole event was really great to go to as a couple, even if you are only trying to get some ideas for your own wedding.
This place also offers a complete wedding package which means that the "lazy" bride and groom can sit back and relax while they plan your event. The package includes basic equipment like chairs, tables, lines and so on, a coordinator for the day and the caterer. Pretty cool to have everything organized through one place.
The only downside I did find about this place was that it was close to a very busy road - but I'd imagine that as soon as your wedding is in full swing no one could care less about some traffic noise...
